Tattnova offers various program types (digital courses, live workshops, and corporate training). Refund and cancellation terms differ by program, as outlined below. All terms comply with India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, which require us to clearly disclose refund terms and prohibit cancellation fees on consumers.
No cancellation or refund processing fees will be charged if you cancel a confirmed order. All approved refunds are disbursed promptly via the original payment method (in accordance with RBI guidelines).
If you purchase a self-paced online course, you generally have 14 days from the purchase date to request a full refund, provided you have not accessed (or have minimally accessed) the content. After this window or after significant use of the course, refunds may not be granted.
If a course is defective or misrepresented, contact us and we will assess and may issue a refund or credit. Unlimited access to purchased course content will continue if no refund is requested.
For scheduled webinars, live classes, or cohort-based programs, cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
- 30 days or more before start: 100% refund (minus any transaction costs)
- 15–29 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before start: No refund (transfer to future session possible, if available)
We may allow a one-time rescheduling to another date or batch if requested in advance. If we cancel an event for any reason, all registrants receive a full refund or credit.
Corporate or group training engagements are governed by the specific agreement. General guidelines:
- Cancellation 30+ days before start: Full refund
- Cancellation 15–29 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation under 15 days: No refund
Rescheduling within one year may be allowed at no extra charge by mutual agreement. These terms may vary by contract.
No refund will be issued for missed sessions or incomplete attendance once a program has started. The fee secures your seat and preparation efforts.
Approved refunds are processed promptly, typically within 7–15 business days, and credited to the original payment account. You must provide any required details (e.g., bank account) to receive a refund.
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final after the above periods. We do not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction based on unmet personal expectations beyond these terms.
